return policy

i cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. if your package arrives broken, please send me an email within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and we can work something out!

if there is an issue with USPS, I am happy to help in any way I can but please understand that USPS mistakes are not my responsibility.

while i do my best to make sure every piece is perfect, due to the nature of the handcrafting process, there may be slight imperfections and variations in color, shape and size. no two pairs will be the same. each and every pair of earrings is truly special <3

shipping policy

for aurora,il residents only: you can use code pickup at checkout to remove the shipping fee. please contact me immediately to arrange pickup.

- keep earrings away from sharp objects to avoid scratches
- remove earrings when showering or swimming
